Gallivan is pleased to conduct the sale or auction of this challenging 18-hole golf course in Elwood, Indiana. The sale is a turnkey operation of the assets only. Included in the sale are all equipment, furniture and fixtures. Information on this property is also available on our website.

Cattails Golf Club is a fully-operating 18-hole golf course located in Elwood, Indiana (approximately 14 miles north of Anderson). This is a 6,641 yard, par 71 layout. The course was originally designed by William H. Diddel, ASGCA and opened in 1924. The newest nine holes were designed by Ronald L. Kern, ASGCA and added in 2004/2005.

The Cattails Golf Club property also includes a fully-equipped clubhouse facility with dining room, kitchen, bar, pro shop, offices and more. An in-ground swimming pool and bath house are located adjacent to the clubhouse.

Semi-annual property taxes are $3,489.64.
