GALLIVAN IS CONDUCTING THE ONLINE AUCTION FOR CORNETT’S FURNITURE AND BEDDING LOCATED IN DOWNTOWN CRAWFORDSVILLE, IN.  CORNETT’S WAS A WELL KNOWN STORE SELLING EVERYTHING FROM RECLINERS AND SOFAS TO BEDROOM FURNITURE, BEDS, BEDDING & MORE!

15% Buyer’s Premium will apply to all Internet bids.  Payment for all purchases must be made in full within 24 hours of the sale.  Accepted forms of payment are Wire Transfer and Credit Card.

A 7% Indiana Sales Tax will be added to all new inventory and titled vehicles/trailers unless a copy of a resale certificate is provided at registration or checkout.

VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Wire Transfers accepted .  All purchases over $10,000 must be made via wire transfer.  Additionally, if your invoice is $3000 or less, the card you use to register for the sale will be automatically charged at the end of the sale unless you advise our office that you wish to pay differently.

Everything sells “As Is/Where Is”.  Descriptions are believed to be correct, the auctioneer and the owner make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, authenticity of, or descriptions used in advertising.  It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to verify condition, authenticity and description of any item prior to bidding.  Once the auctioneer or online platform says “Sold,” the purchaser is responsible for payment and safekeeping of the merchandise.  Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.  No abandonment of purchased items is allowed.  Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items.  If Purchaser fails to pay for their items, they agree to pay the difference in price if the item or items are resold.  All bids and payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD).  No refunds for lost or stolen items will be made.  Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any printed material.  Advertised items may be subject to prior sale.

TERMS OF SALE:
A 15% Buyer's Premium will apply to all Internet.

We will be charging Indiana sales tax at a rate of 7 percent, unless you present us with a retail certificate and sales tax excemption form.

Everything must be paid for in full by the end of sale day. Accepted forms of payment are: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and Wire Transfer.

Your credit card that was used to regester will be used as payment if your invoice does not exceed $3,000 dollars. If it is over $3,000 dollars, then we will call you for payment. Any invoice over $10,000, must be paid by wire transfer.
