A Buyer’s Premium of 18% will apply to all Internet and Proxy Bids.  Payment for all purchases must be made in full by the end of sale day.  Accepted forms of payment are Wire Transfer, Cash, Guaranteed Check, and Credit Card.  

Wire Transfers, Company or Personal Checks will be accepted only if arranged at time of registration.  These forms of payment must be accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee. 

The bank letter must contain the following language:  “THIS BANK GUARANTEES PAYMENT TO NORMAN J. GALLIVAN, INC. FROM (NAME OF CUSTOMER) ON ACCOUNT #_______________ UP TO THE AMOUNT OF $_______________.  THIS LETTER IS VALID FOR PURCHASES MADE AT THE AUCTION ON ___________, 2016”
