By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court, Morgan County, Indiana, in Cause No. 55D01-1510-MF-1698, wherein First Merchants Bank, N.A., was plaintiff and Jordan Apostolic Church, Inc., et al., was the defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of April, 2016, at the hour of 11:00 A.M. (EST) or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the property located at 102 E. Mill Street, Brooklyn, Indiana 46111, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Morgan County, Indiana:
Part of Lot Number One (1) and Lot Number Two (2) in Block 12 in “Landers First Addition,” an Addition to the Town of Brooklyn, as per plat thereof recorded in Deed Record 29, page 233, in the Office of the Recorder, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot Number One (1) and thence running north on the west line 63 feet to a pipe; thence East parallel with the south line of said Lots Number One (1) and Two (2) 64.2 feet to a pipe; thence south parallel with the line common to said Lots Number One (1) and two (2) 63 feet to the south line of lot number two (2); thence west 64.2 feet to the pipe which was at the place of beginning.
